Jeanie Marie Buss, an American businesswoman from America. The current president is and the controlling owner for the Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association. Buss was born in California and grew up part of a rich family. Their father Jerry Buss was a real-estate tycoon, who was later the owner of the Lakers as well as other sports companies. Her parents parted ways in 1972 which made her feel that she was emotionally left behind. As she turned 19 old, she began working for the family business as the general manager of the Los Angeles Strings professional tennis team. Later she founded her own Los Angeles Blades pro roller hockey team. She was the president at the Great Western Forum, before becoming the Vice President for the Lakers. Buss inherited Lakers ownership Lakers from her father in the year 2013. The five siblings she had took over the franchise through an estate trust. Her duties were assumed as the president of Los Angeles Lakers. Buss co-owns Women of Wrestling an pro-wrestling promotional business based out of Los Angeles.
